Ginger Gerbil started as an idea I had on the slopes: I wanted to create something that delivered real quality, but never took itself too seriously. From that spark, Ginger Gerbil was born a playful, fiery spirit designed to warm you up, make you smile, and bring people together.
From day one, I was determined to build a drink with substance. That’s why we use real ginger root, real blood orange, and distil everything over an award-winning vodka base. It’s bold, distinctive, and built to shine. Our partnership with Fever-Tree and our award-winning cocktails are proof that Ginger Gerbil isn’t just different, t’s a spirit that can hold its own wherever it goes, whether at après drinks in Val d’Isère or a night out on the Kings road!
